Fantage is committed to providing a safe and fun online environment for children of all ages. Fantage takes all available measures to protect our users’ information and make their experience as enjoyable as possible. Fantage is compliant with COPPA regulations and never shares or sells user information to any third parties. Fantage's safety and security features are described in the following sections.

Fantage Safety Rules

Fantage has created the following list of Chat and Behavior Code rules to keep Fantage a safe and pleasant virtual community for our young audience. Users who violate the Fantage Chat and Behavior Code may receive warnings, suspensions or be banned from the site, depending on the severity of the infraction.

• Users cannot ask for and/or mention personal information, such as real
   full names, phone numbers, and home addresses (street address).
• Any language implying sexual or violent content is not permitted.
• Teasing or bullying other users with conversation or avatar actions is not
   permitted.
• Any other behaviors which we deem inappropriate and detrimental to
   maintaining our safe environment are not permitted.
• Any false reports against other users may result with a ban on their
   account.

Advanced Safety System

Fantage has an advanced automatic chat filtering system, user reporting system, and a professional monitoring system. Inappropriate chat or messages containing personal information will be blocked. The violator will automatically receive a warning or be banned by our system. Fantage moderators will follow up the filtered words and phrases and take further action if needed. Users who do not want to see certain conversations can activate the [ignore] function, which blocks all the conversations from the specific users. Users can also report any misbehavior or violations to Fantage for immediate attention by moderators.

Chat Customization

Parents can customize their children's communication privilege in Fantage by choosing one of the following chat options:

Fantage Chat Option
The [Fantage Chat] option allows chatting with other players throughout Fantage. Players write their own messages which are then processed by our automatic filtering system that prevents users from revealing personal information or using inappropriate or offensive language.


Safe Chat Option
The [Safe Chat] option allows your child to receive chats and/or messages from Fantage administrators and users who select the [Safe Chat] option only. [Safe Chat] offers pre-selected sentences and users can choose from them and display those messages to others. [Safe Chat] users cannot type by themselves.


No Chat Option
A strong safety feature that will help protect your child from any unwanted chat is the [No Chat] option. If parents choose the [No Chat] option for their child, the user will not see any chat dialog or messages, except for official announcements from Fantage administrators.


Payment Security

All payment information entered on our site is protected by a SSL encryption and is transferred directly to our financial institutions. This information is not stored on our site and our payment page has been tested and confirmed to be PCI compliant, meeting the industry standards for online payment security.

ESRB Rates Fantage "E" for Everyone

Fantage has officially been rated "E" for everyone by the Entertainment Software Rating Board(ESRB). ESRB is an organization that independently assigns content ratings, enforces advertising guidelines, and helps ensure responsible online privacy practices. The goal of ESRB is to aid consumers in making informed decisions about the computer and video games they choose for their children.
