New Comic

Our comic contests have been such a hit, we love what you guys and girls come up with. This month's comic has tons of room for you to put your imagination at work. To caption this, right click on the template below and choose "Save picture as..." Be sure to save it someplace you will remember, like your desktop. Once it is saved, go to where you saved the file and open up the image in your favorite editing program. When you are done, e-mail your picture to "support@fantage.com" and label it "Comic Contest". Be sure to include your username in the e-mail or we can't name you the winner.

Tip: If you use paint, go to the file menu, go to Image and uncheck "Draw Opaque" before adding your text.

New Contest

Our contest this month is like none we have had before. We want you to dress up a Fantage avatar like your favorite character. Before I explain further here are a few examples.

We will give you a template, and you will draw over it to turn it into whoever you want. It doesn't have to be just cartoon characters, dress up as anyone, sports athletes, movie stars, you name-it! We have two templates for you to use for this. One is a printable version. You print it out, draw over it, and scan it back into your computer and e-mail it to us. We also have a digital (.png) template for those out there that want to attempt pixeling! You can draw in a simple program such as MSPaint. If you want to go a little fancy, I recommend the free program Paint.net. Ask your parents for help installing it.

PRINT TEMPLATES
Click on the small images to bring up a larger version. After it is open, just hit "File" and then choose "Print." It's that easy, and you will be ready to draw!

DIGITAL TEMPLATES
Right click on the images below and choose "Save picture as..." Be sure to save it some place you will remember, like your desktop. Once it is saved, go to where you saved the file and open up the image. Break out your pencil tool and have at it!

When you are all done, send your entries to "support@fantage.com" and label it "Avatar Contest". Be sure you are sending a finished image file. A bitmap (.bmp) or (.png) is preferable. A (.jpg) or (.tiff) will work if it's a scan. If what I just said isn't clear, don't be afraid to ask your parents for help! Be sure to include your username in the e-mail or we can't name you the winner. Also tell us who you are dressing up as. We look forward to seeing all your entries.
